Customer service...Cutomer support

In this day and age what can companies do increase their exposure? Cutting and hacking prices can only go so far before a company becomes unprofitable and we all know what happens in this event. As the recession slowly spread thoughout this country, companies were forced to cut costs. Employee layoffs and cost cutting measure were implemented in order to survive. People were asked to do more with less. This didn't just pertain to the aviation industry but all of industry as a whole. As we slowly poke our head out of our hole and see a glimmer of hope let's hope a brighter future in ahead of everyone.
